She is a graduate of the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2013. She was awarded a Doctor of Laws (Ph.D.) by Prowess University in November 2023 and obtained an LL.M. in International Business Law from Osgoode Hall Law School, York University, Toronto, in January 2025.
Titilope started her career at Law Office of Paul Usoro & Co, Lagos, Nigeria (An IFLR & Legal 500 listed top tier Commercial Law Firm in Nigeria). She has also served as the Assistant Company Secretary/Legal Counsel of PZ Cussons Nigeria Plc and its subsidiaries (One of the Largest Manufacturer & Distributor of Personal Care, Home care, Electrical and Food & Nutrition Products in Nigeria). She was the General Counsel at AgroMall Discovery and Extension Limited (An Agritech Company) and was promoted to the Head of Corporate Services based on her numerous achievements. Thereafter, she served as the General Counsel of Rensource Energy and served as the Company Secretary of the parent Company, a Company incorporated under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America.
Presently, she is the Vice President of People and Legal of Ecowaka Group, where she plays a key role in safeguarding the company's legal standing while ensuring that the workforce is engaged, motivated, and compliant with internal policies and external regulations. She effectively balances the needs of employees with the legal requirements of the business.
Over the decade, she has actively offered legal advice to management and the Board of companies based on superior knowledge of the legal and business environment. She has also supported various companies by minimizing and managing contractual risks while ensuring compliance with laws and company policies.
Titilope has reviewed, drafted and negotiated numerous standard and non-standard commercial contracts for companies and subsidiary companies such as master services agreements, purchase agreements, key technical and manufacturing contracts, term sheets, service contracts, leases and land purchase contracts, financing and loan agreements, guarantee agreements, statements of works, software agreements, non-disclosure agreements and licenses. She has also performed due diligence on commercial transactions, partnerships and other business opportunities.
In the course of her career, she has managed asset sale transactions, conducting comprehensive due diligence on proposed buyers involving corporate searches, reviewing memoranda and articles of association, material contracts, and documents relating to financial indebtedness, as well as advising on regulatory consents and approvals. She concluded the negotiation of a project financing transaction valued at millions of USD.
She volunteers as the Executive Secretary of FinLite Corp, an NGO dedicated to driving financial literacy and economic empowerment for women with low income, and also volunteers at MOKuku Foundation, an NGO focused on creating sustainable impact across Healthcare, Child Education, Women's Development, and Politics and Governance.
She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), Section on Business Law (SBL), International Association for Contract and Commercial Management (IACCM), and The African Corporate and Government Counsel Forum (ACGC), among others.
